Let

Income of the man = x Rs
Increase in income = 800 Rs
After increment income = x + 800 Rs

And given

$\frac{O l d i n c o m e}{N e w i n c o m e} = \frac{10}{13}$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{x}{x + 800} = \frac{10}{13}$

$\Rightarrow$ 13x = 10x + 8000

$\Rightarrow$ 3x = 8000

$\Rightarrow$ x = 2666.67

Thus New income =2666.67+800 = 3466.67 (Answer)
