Solution

Total number of cards in a deck = 52
when THREE cards are removed from the deck then total number of cards left = 49
total possible outcomes = 49
(1). no. of hearts in the deck = 13
no. of favorable outcomes = 13
required probability = no. of favorable outcomestotal possible outcomes = 1349
(2). no. of kings = 3
no. of favorable outcomes = 3
required probability = no. of favorable outcomestotal possible outcomes
required probability = 3/49

(3). no. of clubs = 10
no. of favorable outcomes = 10
required probability = no. of favorable outcomestotal possible outcomes
required probability = 10/49

(4). number of '10' of Hearts = 1
no. of favorable outcomes = 1
required probability = no. of favorable outcomestotal possible outcomes
required probability = 1/49
