Answer :

He add page numbers and get 130 , But he add a page number twice .
SO,
First we add some page numbers and reach the nearest to 130 , As :

1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 +11 + 12 + 13 + 14 +15 = 120

And if we add next number in that we get 120 +16 = 136 ( Which is more than 130 )

Let the page number he added twice = x

So,

120 + x = 130

x = 10

So,
He add page number 10 twice .
