Pressure is defined as the force per unit area, that is,
$$\begin{gathered} P=\frac{F}{A} \\ or, \\ F=PA \end{gathered}$$
On substituting the values we get,
$$\begin{gathered} F=\left(300Pa\right)\times \left(0.5m^2\right) \\ F=150Pa/m^2 \end{gathered}$$
