The radius of a quarter of a circle measures 3.5 cm. What is the perimeter of the quarter of the circle, correct to one decimal place.

Radius of quarter of circle will be the radius of the circle.
So, radius of the circle = 3.5 cm
So, the perimeter of circle = circumference of the circle = 2πr = 2×227×3.5 = 22 cm
Perimeter of quarter of circle will be one-fourth of Perimeter of circle.
So, perimeter of quarter of circle = 14×22 = 5.5 cm
