The roles women play and the work they do are usually valued less than the role men play and the work they do . Justify.(3 marks write in points )

1. Earlier, it was a stereotype or it is believed that men should go outside to work while women take care of children, the elderly, and do other household chores
2. They do different kinds of work like fetching water, working in fields, plantations equivalent to men but their jobs are not valued and not recognised
3. They have to accept that it was their duty and responsibility and that is how they are taught to be brought up from an early age
