Solution

Total volume of oil available for the cook = 32 litre
Volume of oil used on first day = 6 l 704 ml = 6.704 litre
So volume of oil left = 32 litre - 6.704 litre = 25.296 litre
Volume of oil used on second day = 9 litre
And volume of oil used on third day = 18 litre
So total volume of oil used on second and third day = 18 litre + 9 litre = 27 litre
And since 27 > 25.296; so the quantity of oil required for second and third day is not available.
And quantity of more oil needs to be purchased = 27 litre - 25.296 litre = 1.704 litre
