So there are total of 200 big and small cats in a bus.
Since a cat has 4 legs.
So 200 cats have $200\times 4=800$ legs
And each child has 2 legs.
So 10 children have $10\times 2$ = 20 legs
Therefore total number of legs = 800 + 20 = 820 legs
