Solution

There are 10 big cats and 10 small cats in each bag.
This means there are 20 big and small cats in each bag.
Then total number of big and small cats in 10 bags = 10×20 = 200
And 10 children have 10 bags which means 10 children have 200 big and small cats.
And in a bus there are 10 children.
So there are total of 200 big and small cats in a bus.
Since a cat has 4 legs.
So 200 cats have 200×4 = 800 legs
And each child has 2 legs.
So 10 children have 10×2 = 20 legs
Therefore total number of legs = 800 + 20 = 820 legs
