There is much oxygen and hydrogen in air then why can't we see water becoming in air

This is because formation of water from hydrogen and oxygen is a chemical process , and it take place under specific conditions only.

Formation of water can not take place by simple mixing of hydrogen and oxygen gases in atmosphere but it involves more complex process.
