Total ribbon length = $\frac{81}{5}m$

Length of 1^st piece = $\frac{4}{5}m$

Length of 2^nd piece = $\frac{3}{2}m$

Length of 3^rd piece = 3(Length of 1^st piece+Length of 2^nd piece) = 3$\left(\frac{4}{5}m+\frac{3}{2}m\right)$ = 3$\left(\frac{23}{10}\right)m$
= $\left(\frac{69}{10}\right)m$

Length of ribbon cut off in total = $\frac{4}{5}m$ + $\frac{3}{2}m$ + $\left(\frac{69}{10}\right)m$ = $\left(\frac{23}{10}\right)m$ + $\left(\frac{69}{10}\right)m$ = $\left(\frac{92}{10}\right)m$

Length of ribbon left = $\frac{81}{5}m$ - $\left(\frac{92}{10}\right)m$ = $\frac{162-92}{10}m=\frac{70}{10}m=7m$ (answer)
