To see our image why we dod use a mirror not the surface of dudter?
Mirror provides good reflection so we use it to see our image/face.
It is said that, when light hits a mirror and reflects, our mind predicts that it might be coming from a point opposite to the mirror. But when we use a camera to capture a image in the mirror, we see same as we see from our eyes. Why camera captures the same we see since it don't have brain to make it predict that light is coming from some other point?
Why can we see our reflection on a polished metal surface or on a mirror but not on a rough surfaced stone or even on a crumbled piece of paper?
