Question

Two statements:

1)In case of short circuit, the resistance thorugh the circuit is 0 and current flowing is high.

2)An Ideal Ammeter should have zero resistance,no current should br drawn from the circuit by ammeter.

My Doubt: Can an ideal ammeter be constructed by short circuiting it. As the condition so obtained is favorable?

Solution

Well One can never construct a so called IDEAL ammeter because it will definitely have some resistance and the wires used for making the ammeter have already been made by keeping this in mind that it should have the least resistance so that is doesn't chance the value of the high current when connected in series.
So shorting it would not make any difference, but it may lead to errors.
