Living organisms on earth are diverse ranging from simple unicellular to multicellular organisms. Unicellular organisms are single celled so they are in direct contact with environment and function efficiently. Whereas multicellular organisms are huge in their built. They need every function of body to be in coordinated way. So, there is needed levels of organization to carry out each body function efficiently. Tissues are the group of similar cells which carry out specific function and group of tissues form organs. So, to carry out a specific function in body this type of organization is essential.
