So,
H.C.F.( 100 , 190 ) = 10

And
L.C.M. of 100 and 190 , As :

SO, L.C.M. ( 100 , 190 ) = 2 $\times$ 2 $\times$ 5 $\times$ 5 $\times$ 19 = 1900
Then

H.C.F. $\times$ L.C.M. = 10 $\times$ 1900 = 19000
And
Product of numbers = 100 $\times$ 190 = 19000
