What are antigens , T - cells and B - cells ?

Antigen is a foreign body that has a capacity to activate the immune system or antibodies in a body.
T-cells belong to a group of white blood cells (WBCs) called lymphocytes.Their main job is to fight infection.
B lymphocyte is also a type of white blood cell whose function is to produce antibody upon encountering any antigen.
