What are supercooled droplets & how can these be changed into ice crystals?
Dear student!
When water is cooled below its freezing point without condensing to form ice, it is called as super cooled water and its droplets are found in th temperature range of 0 to - 10 °C. These droplets can be changed into ice crystal by cooling it between -10 to -40 °C for which an ice seed is added to the droplets which condenses the super cooled liquids to ice crystals.
