2.Loamy soil allow easy drainage(rate at which water moves in soil).
3.High water retention capacity.
Advantages of loamy soil-
1.It is a nutrient rich soil with high moisture and humus thus ideal for agricultural purposes.
2.As it has good drainage in soil, it decreases the chance of plant diseases.
