Vascular tissue is a type of complex tissue found in vascular plants which is composed for different types of cells. The main components of vascular tissue are xylem and phloem.

In plants the vascular tissues remain arranged in long strands called vascular bundle. Each bundle consists of xylem, phloem and other protective cells.
