Tiger reserves are actually natural habitats for the protection of tigers. Many species of animals and birds are found in a tiger reserve along with tigers and are specific to that tiger reserve. Generally wildlife species other than tigers, that inhabit a tiger reserve include Wolves, Elephants, Monkeys, Langurs, different species of deer, Jackals, and various species of reptiles, snakes and birds.
