There are various methods for solid waste disposal. These include Landfill, Incinerators and Composting etc.

1. Landfills are established in farther areas of cities where solid wastes are buried at different areas time by time. This is most common practice of solid waste disposal in developing countries and is cheapest one.
2. Incinerators method includes burning of solid waste and converting them into the gaseous product and residues.
3. Composting include using microorganisms for degrading solid organic matter.
