What do u mean by Ovo-Viviparity?

Ovo-viviparity is a condition when animals produce eggs but retain them inside the female body until hatching occurs so that "live" offspring is born. In this condition placenta is not formed and amount of yolk is quite high. It occurs in a wide diversity of animals like certain insects,fish,lizards and snakes etc. .
