Consecutive numbers would be those which come after the other

E.g. 4,6,8 but these are not continuous

Continuous numbers would be those which don't have any other such number between them

e.g 3,2,1

Now three numbers whoch are both continuous and consecutive will not only be in succession but also not have any other such numbers between then

E.g. 1,2,3
