If there is no evidence found against the accused, it is the Judge who takes the final stand and may do the following:

a. The Judge may give more time to the public prosecutor to collect evidence.
b. The Judge may dismiss the case, if the public prosecutor again fails to collect sufficient evidence against the accused.
