1. In yeast cell the glucose molecules get fermented into ethyl alcohol and water. Some amount of energy is also released in this process.

2. In muscle cells when anaerobic respiration takes place, lactic acid is produced and energy is released.

3. In tissue cells of man glucose molecules get oxidized in presence of oxygen releasing carbon dioxide and huge amount of energy.
