what is a diode and does it follow Ohm's law?
A diode is a combination of p-type and n-type semiconductor back to back. As the diode is formed by the semiconductor, it does not follow Ohm's law.
A bulb filament allows passage of 2A current when connected to a 220V supply & that of 1.1A when connected to 110V. Does the filament obey Ohms law or not? Why?
What is Ohms Law? What are its limitaions?
