What is an esterification reaction and what is a conc ?

The esterification is a reaction type in which, the carboxylic acid and alcohols react in presence of concentrated sulphuric acid to form fruity sweet smelling compounds called esters where the conc. acid is a catalyst.
CH₃COOH(acetic acid) + C₂H₅OH(ethanol) ---(conc.H₂SO₄ )---> CH₃COOC₂H₅(ethyl ethanoate) + H₂O
