What is an esterification reaction and what is a conc ?

The esterification is a reaction type in which, the carboxylic acid and alcohols react in presence of concentrated sulphuric acid to form fruity sweet smelling compounds called esters where the conc. acid is a catalyst.
CH3COOH(acetic acid) + C2H5OH(ethanol) ---(conc.H2SO4 )---> CH3COOC2H5(ethyl ethanoate) + H2O
