Solution

The milk produced during the first few days of lactation is known as colostrum. It contains several antibodies that aid the newborn to develop resistance against diseases. It is also easy to digest. Foetal ejection reflex are the mild uterine contractions generated by placenta when the foetus is fully developed, at the time of parturition. Fetus ejection reflex is a natural phenomenon where the fetus ejected naturally with very mild contractions. But this phenomenon is very much dependent on the environment and the state of the female. The midwives play a very important role in this. In the present day situations, such environments are not there and hence, very strong contraction and extra effort by females is required to eject the fetus.
