A desert habitat is the one where annual precipitation is very less (less than ten inches per year) leading to hostile environmental conditions and consequently denudation of land. Plants found in desert habitat are cactus, agave, Ironwood tree, sagebrush, Mesquite etc. Animals found in desert are camels, tarantula, big brown bats, spadefoot toad, Leopard lizard, jack rabbit and king bird.
