Open in App
Solution

Guttation- It is the appearance of drops of xylem sap on the tips or edges of leaves of some vascular plants. This can be seen during the morning time.

The energy rich carbon compounds formed during the process of photosynthesis are transported out of the leaf to other organs & tissues. This transportation occurs through phloem and the process is known as translocation.
