Solution

Methylene blue is used to stain cheek cells. When dilute methylene blue is added to the cheek cells, the nucleus of these cells will appear blue and the cytoplasm will appear colour less or pale blue in colour

When Rheo leaves are boiled in water the cell will become dead. So the addition of sugar will not cause any effects since dead cells do not exhibit the phenomenon of plasmolysis.

When RBCs are kept in the concentrated solution exosmosis will take place and it will shrink.
