Molecular contains two atoms of hydrogen.Depending upon the direction of the spin of the nuclei; the molecular hydrogen is of two types:

Ortho hydrogen is one in which the spins of both the nuclei are in the same direction. Pra hydrogen is one in which the spins of the nuclei are in the opposite direction Ortho and para hydrogen are isomeric forms.
