what is ohms law?
Hi Tejaswini!
Ohm's law states that, under constant temperature, voltage drop (V) across a conductor is directly proportional to the current (I) flowing through it.
That is, V α I
Or, V= a constant × I
The constant of proportionality is actually fixed for a given conductor, which is known as the resistance, R.
So, V= IR
Cheers!!
