What is sexual act? How does it cause diseases??

Physical relation between opposite sexes (male and female) is known as sexual act. If sexual act occurs between an infected person who is suffering from a sexual disease (AIDS etc.) and a normal person then it cause disease to the normal person, as the infection get transmitted during sexual act.
