Stamen forms the male reproductive part of the flower. It consists of the filament and the anther. Anther is divided into two lobes which contains pollen grains(male gamete).
Pistil is the female reproductive part of the flower. It consists of swollen base known as ovary(containing seeds). The style is the stalk arising from the ovary and the pollen receiving tip is known as the stigma.
