The sweat glands are small tube like structures located in the subcutaneous region of the skin. They are also known as or sudoriferous glands and produce sweat in our body.

Sweat glands is of two types:
1. Eccrine gland : Distributed all over the body.
2. Apocrine gland: Located within armpits.
