Solution
India follows a bicarmel system of parliament with governments both at the central and the state level. The lower house at the central level is called the Lok Sabha whereas the lower house at the state level is called Vidhan Sabha. The Lok Sabha has the power to enact, repeal and amend laws at the Central level and the Vidhan Sabha has the same power at the state level.
