Open in App
Solution

Synapse basically occurs between the axon of one neuron and dendron of the next neuron. Means its the junction between 2 neurons. Whereas neuromuscular junction is between a neuron and a muscle.

Neuromuscular junction are always excitory by nature and use acetylcholine as neurotransmitter whereas synapse may be inhibitory or excitory and use adrenaline or nor adrenaline and other neurotransmitters.
