Solution

Renin is an enzyme produced by juxtaglomerular cells of kidney when blood pressure falls.

Rennin is an enzyme secreted by stomachs of young mammals. It converts soluble caseinogen to the insoluble casein, which coagulates and therefore takes longer to leave the stomach. Rennet is impure rennin.
