What is the difference between the function of Fundic, Cardiac and Pyloric regions of stomach?

Cardiac region is present just below the esophagus, it has a cardiac sphincter that control the movement of food from esophagus to stomach and prevent the back flow of the food into the esophagus.

Fundic is a main region of the stomach present at the top of the stomach whose role is to ground, mix and held the food and also enzymatic digestion of food.

Pyloric region is present at the end of the stomach, it has a pyloric sphincter whose role is to control the movement of food from stomach to the small intestine and also prevent the back flow of food into the stomach.
