Blood pressure is the force of blood against the wall of arteries. In high BP pressure of blood is elevates(>140/90 mm Hg) in the arteries whereas in Low BP the pressure decreases(<90/60 mm Hg). High BP is more dangerous as it leads to heart diseases, stroke etc.
