Solar constant is defined as the maximum possible radiation received by any point of earth if atmospheric and other effects were ignored. Dimensionally it is power per unit area with a value is 1367 W/m2.

So, its units are W/m2 which would mean that dimensionally come out to be

= ML2T-3 / L2

thus,

solar constant = MT-3
