Solution

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is a scanning technique which uses magnetic and radio waves to scan the body and create images of tissues, organs and other structures of the body. Very strong radio waves are used to do MRI scan and this result in changes in the proton molecules of the body which are detected by the scanner. Protons of different body tissues respond differently to these waves and even minute changes are recorded, so a very accurate and detailed image is formed using MRI.
