What is the relation between newton third law of motion and gravitation?

Newton's third law says that every action has an equal and opposite reaction at the point of contact. So, when the earth pulls us by gravitational force, we are also pulling it by a force of equal magnitude. The earth does not move because it is very heavy, and the acceleration produced is almost zero (as a=F/m).
