Fallopian tube(oviducts) is involved in the conduction of ovum towards the uterus by peristalsis and it is the site of fertilization.The main function of the fallopian tubes is to catch eggs released from the ovaries each month during ovulation , and guide them into the uterus.If fallopian tube fails to do this then there are no or very less chances of conception.
