Solution

Gall bladder in humans stores bile and secretes it when it is required in the process of digestion. In the absence of gall bladder the liver will secrete small amount of bile into the upper part of small intestine. So small amount of fats can easily be digested but the trouble starts when food with high fat content is eaten. If the diet is regulated with very low fat content the person would survive.
