Multi cellular organisms have 5 levels of organisation arranged from simplest to most complex. They are cells, tissues, organs, organ system & organisms. Since multi cellular organisms have more cells, division of labour exists in them. Each cells perform separate function and work together in a group as well.

But unicellular organisms made of one cell that does all functions of the organism and hence no levels of organisation too!
