what wil happen if 2 parties have been tied at the same number of votes and no other party comes foward for a coalition

It is a hypothetical situation as votes are usually divided amongst various political parties.

If it all, two political parties are tied with same numbers that is they get equal number of votes , then they will approach other small or like minded parties to align with them to form post poll alliance so as to form the government. Small parties in such a situation will not deny and will possibly form an alliance so as to share claims in power.
