When Is A Person's Blood Group Positive Or Negative?

Open in App
Solution

Every human being has an additional antigen called as Rh (Rhesus factor) present on the surface of the red blood cells. If the blood cells clot, when mixed with anti-Rh serum, the person has Rh-positive blood. If the blood does not clot, when mixed with anti-Rh serum, then the person has Rh-negative blood.
