Question

when it rains the rain drops falls from such a great height so it doesnot get heated due to friction like meteors

Solution

It is true that when the rain droplets go down, they become heated due to friction. But this temperature is used for the vaporisation of the droplet which causes cooling on the surface of the droplet. And also due to this a droplet gets smaller as it falls down, but it does not get hot.
