Solution

Water goes through stomach and small intestine into the large intestine (colon) where it get absorbed into the blood stream through diffusion. Water reaches kidney via blood where excess of it is excreted through urine.
Alcohol is absorbed from the stomach and small intestine by diffusion into the blood stream. Cells and tissues of different organs including liver absorb alcohol from blood and is metabolised. A small portion of alcohol is eliminated from the body through breathing.
